If you get error messages like “Can’t share item”, “Can’t share with”, “Unable to access document”, “Can’t request access”, you may be blocked by someone or that someone might have blocked you. Accidentally.
To check to see if this is the case, head to https://myaccount.google.com/blocklist to see if their email is on your list, or if your email is on their list.
That fixed a lot of problems for me.
